These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of products from Batty Caddy LLC ("Batty Caddy," "we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this site or place an order.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase. Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated timeline displayed at checkout (currently mid-August). Dates are estimates and may change due to production or logistics delays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount.
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and begin once your order has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us at support@battycaddy.com to initiate a return. Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Batty Caddy products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, email support@battycaddy.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Batty Caddy LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BATTY CADDY LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or posted on this page. Continued use of the site or placement of orders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
